About

For a long time I wondered how all my interests could converge and in turn, contribute to our world in a positive way.

Upon further reflection, I realized that it was my curiosity about the universality of the human experience and passion for creative expression that led me to New York University to pursue my MFA in Writing for Musical Theatre, in addition to my later accreditation as a Mental Health Peer Support Worker in my hometown of Toronto, then as a travel writer with the Unsettled community, and ultimately today as an MA graduate in Mindfulness Studies, currently based in Southern California.

One of my goals in this lifetime is to support and provide hope for individuals struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and OCD-inclined minds through the lens of Buddhist wisdom and contemplation. My workbook, A Thought is Just a Thought: A Buddhist Guide to OCD is one of the fruits of this goal.

I teach people how to work with difficult thoughts using Buddhist wisdom and mindfulness practices.
